1.) As a first step, You have to go to the blogger.com and sign up there, they will ask you for your website name and you will be provided with the sub-domain by blogger.

2.) Now, you have to go to the themes section and select the template which you like or you can download a custom theme for your blogpost.

3.) Now, In the Layout section you have to choose your logo (optional) from the favicon option.

4.) Now, You have to create pages like Privacy Policy, About us, Contact Us pages. You can also create pages for different tags.

5.) Now, You can customize the layout as per your requirement and Believe me that It is so easy to do.

6.) Now, Add 10-20 post on your website and create a beautiful website which the users like.

7.) In the settings section, Set your country's date and time and many more information about you. If possible fill every other column in the asked information.

8.) After 20-25 days you can get adsense approval by google and you can connect your website with adsense account and earn money through google. 

9.) If you have 300-400 rupees in your account then buy a domain name for your website like tushigarg.com Make sure to buy a .com domain for global accessment.

10.) Earn money and Enjoy.
